Signing up and answering FalconryScale's setup questions.
Sign up
On the Create account screen, you can sign up with Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or your name, email and a password. By creating an account you agree to FalconryScale's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you already have an account, use Sign in instead, on the phone or at app.falconryscale.com.
Setup questions
Right after you sign up, FalconryScale asks a short series of questions to set up your profile and dashboard. You can change any of these later in Settings, and most are optional.
First name. Used to personalise the app. Stays on your device until you create an account.
Birthday. Optional, used only for age-appropriate features.
How you identify. Optional, male, female, other, or prefer not to say.
Your main goal. Keeping an ideal flying weight, tracking feeding and GPH, spotting health trends early, managing birds with a team, records and compliance reminders, or breeding. This tunes what your dashboard focuses on first.
Working solo or with others. Just you, a small team of 2 to 5, a medium team of 6 to 10, or a larger facility of 10 or more. You can turn team collaboration on or off at any time.
Your falconry experience. New or apprentice, intermediate, advanced, expert, or prefer not to say. This only adjusts how much guidance the app shows you.
What you mainly do. Choose up to three: hunting and field work, training and conditioning, breeding and lineage tracking, rehab and recovery monitoring, education and demos, or sales and transfers.
Who can see your records. Private (only you), Community (your profile is visible, your records stay private), Public profile (for breeders and sellers), or Team only.
Preferred units. Metric or Imperial. You can switch any time, see Languages and units.
Notification style. Essential (weight alerts and health reminders), Active tracker (also daily weigh-in, feeding and training reminders), or Everything.
How you'll log weight. Manual entry, a Bluetooth or smart scale, or FalconryScale's own Bluetooth scale when it ships. You can start manual and switch later.
You're set up
Once setup finishes, FalconryScale takes you to your new mews and prompts you to Add your first bird. From there, head to Add a raptor and then Daily weigh-in to log your first weight.
