How to reach FalconryScale's team.
From the app
Open Settings · Contact us (also linked from the Help centre). Fill in your name, the email you'd like a reply at, a topic (Help with the app, Pilot programme, Clubs and groups, Press, or Something else), and your message. You can optionally include your device details, handy for a bug report. A falconer on the team reads every message and replies by email.
Messages from the app and from FalconryScale's website both land in the same inbox, so it doesn't matter which you use.
