Health records
Logging observations, vet visits, treatments and more.

- Injury: cuts, swelling, bumblefoot.
- Illness: lethargy, appetite, breathing.

- Treatment: procedure or dressing, with an optional link to the issue it treats.
- Medication: see Medications.
- Vaccination: vaccine, batch, dose, given by, site. You can ask for a reminder 2 weeks before the booster is due.
Checks
- Observation: a quick note with a photo, taggable with casting, mutes, appetite, feet, feathers, eyes or behaviour.
- Lab result: test, lab, requested by, and an overall result of normal, borderline or abnormal, with optional key values.
- Parasite check and Moult note.
Severity, symptoms and outcome
Injury and illness records let you pick from a list of symptoms (bleeding, swelling, limping, wing droop, lethargy, loss of appetite, and more), a severity (Mild, Moderate, Severe, Critical), and, once things develop, an outcome: Resolved, Ongoing, Worsened, or Unknown.
Attachments
Add a photo from the Camera, Photo library, or Browse files when logging a record, useful for a clear shot of an injury or a scanned lab report.
Exporting a health passport
Tap Export passport (PDF) on a raptor's Health tab to generate a printable summary of its health records and medications, ready to email or hand to a vet in person. This is a Pro feature. For a live, always up to date link instead of a static PDF, see Share with your vet.
